i should be a supervisor

ok this is a serial post to work sucks :P my supervisor sucks LOL

seriously she does , i dont understand her and i dont understand the way she works , she counts on me in everything , since i am a hard worker she gives me all the work and leave the other employees and she doesnt help too.

she sees me working on something that she gave me n then she comes again and gives me more work to do while im already working on someting that i cant stop working on , noura do this noura do that and when u finish do that and im like ok nshalaah n then she goes back to her pc play a game or chitchat with the girls n check her email , wat the hell? why doesnt she help me , is it because shes a supervisor she doesnt do anything ?? i know about work more than she does and its been only 3 years for me and almost 8 years for her , i should be a supervisor , mae me a supervisor and increase my salary.

and sometimes my manager blames me for slow work ? whyyyyy . i used to not talk or reply back but im starting to speak out , so now when she comes n gives me work i tell her i cant , im working on this n that , why dont u do it , LOL, she gives me a weird look n then says ok and she does it , i swear it feels so GOOD

i recommend u to do the same , end the freaking oprssion
