christmas and new year VS eid

january first 2008 ,12 am i was staying home , i heard whistles and fireworks , aaaah people celebrating new year, having parties , oh and lets not forget christmas the whole december.

recently i have noticed muslims celebrating christmas and new year more than EID al-adha and EID al-feter , why not celebrate easter and hanukkah too , lets carry a Menorah and just walk around and lets bring all the eggs we have in the fridge and lets paint tiny bunnies on them.

i have nothing against any religion or theire celebrations and certainly i have nothing against new year , its just that i dont see muslims celebrating EID as much as they celebrate christmas and other celebrations , i dont see as much banners celebrating eid as christmas .do u see jewish or christians or any other religion celebrating EID ?? nooo , why ?? because they have a certain celebration that they stick to and i respect that about them unlike us.

com on people celebrate eid more , u get MONEY on eid but u dont get money on christmas ;) I WANT TO SEE FIREWORKS CELEBRATING EID , please people make me happy and celebrate ur eid more than any other celebration .
