foods that help

i read this in a magazine , and i thought that i should and i HAVE to share it , HALLOOO NATURE TREATMENT

this is not a girly post :P

what u should eat and avoid if u had :

*acne:
-what to eat:
bright red and orange fruits and vegetables have beta-carotene which your body converts to oil reducing vitamin A , green leafy vegetables contain vitamin B6 which minimize swelling , so pimples are reduced , eat tomatoes , carrots , red pepper and melons.

-what to avoid

iodine rich salt , shrimp and seaweed stimulate oil glands including irritations of pores. pure chocolate WONT cause acne ( but along with dairy and refined flour ) can .



*wrinkles:

what to eat :
fruits rich in color such as berries ( have vitamin C to promote anti-aging , skin firming collagen and antioxidants, orange seafoods like salmon and lobster contain an anti-oxidant stronger than vitamin C and E

what to avoid:
avoid taking too much iron , high doses can contribute to wrinkles



*dry skin:

what to eat
drink lots of water and eat foods with good fats (which keep cell walls strong and prevent water loss ) like avocado and olive oil as well as citrus and kiwi , also cabbage has sulfur , which can prevent dry irritated skin.

what to avoid:
drinks like coffee and black tea dehydrate your skin also margarine and most fried foods contain trans fats and hydrogenated oils which leads to dry skin.





*rosacea ( inflammation of skin which causes redness)
what to eat:
eat calming food such as fish, cucumbers and licorice , turmeric seasoning is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.

what to avoid:
hot foods( in temperature and spiciness ) alcohol and caffeine make blood vessels swell so skin looks redder. niacin-rich peanuts can also increase flushing.


theres more for puffy eyes , thin hair , brown spots and dull skin , i will be writing them in another post, don't want to take a lot of your time. i hope eating this food does its affect.

well al is good... but not cohol...

someone finally agrees that atleast %70 pure chocolate doesn't cause the acne'n'pimples... but who cares? i'm a guy and i dont have much of'em =P
